Project Description

Samet Corporation will act as the Construction Manager At-Risk for the Guilford County Schools Board of Education (Owner) to construct a new elementary school facility of approximately 94,840 square feet housing around 700 students. This work includes demolition of the existing structure and site. The new school will have outdoor play and learning spaces, and a unique second floor outdoor learning patio.
